The Culinarium - Kuhn Rikon Hotpan 2.0 Liters
The Swiss-made HOTPAN line of thermal cookware cooks food gently in a thermal bowl and stays warm afterwards for 2 hours!
1. Heat food until plume of steam rises.
2. Allow to simmer on a low heat for a little while.
3. Remove the pot from the stovetop & place in the insulating holder. The food cooks on its own until just right. Remains warm for up to 2 hours.
